We have made a bold commitment to collaboration and coordination among individuals and organizations in our community to create system changes that will overcome decades of structural racism, and a lack of equal opportunities, and resources, in the Prosperity Broward communities. 

Ultimately, this will result in everyone being able to achieve Economic Mobility. We define Economic Mobility as the ability of an individual, family, or group to improve their economic status and achieve financial independence.
